We are dedicated to a thorough analysis of various movements and technical skills commonly used in top-level football matches. We take into account the position occupied by each player to understand the specific requirements and skills needed. Our goal is to identify the most effective and commonly used techniques in order to integrate them into our training method.
For our athletes, we have incorporated a high-frequency repetition system into our training.
