Drills is a professional training method based on a high-frequency repetition system. The goal is to maximize the player’s ability to reproduce a specific movement. These movements are studied and selected in advance based on match situations and the player’s position

Drills aims to be the perfect complement to training provided in clubs. Thanks to its repetitive movements, it allows each player to adapt to the physical and technical level of the club in which they evolve.

It is therefore necessary to train regularly in order to master perfectly the movements learned during training sessions. This way, the player will be able to adapt more easily to the requirements of their club.

Thanks to the facilities and equipment available, Drills offers training in a purely professional environment. The exercises are carefully studied, developed, and tested to allow for complete mastery of the required technique.

OUR vision

Specific training on the field, offered by Drills, proves to be an ideal complement to the training received in the club. It is designed based on a high-frequency repetition approach, which allows to strengthen the technical and physical skills of each player. By providing an opportunity to apply and repeat specific movements in a professional training environment, this program contributes to improving the player’s adaptability. Whether it is to match the physical and technical level of the club or to refine specific skills, this field training program meets various needs. It allows each player to adjust (if necessary) to the environment of their club, while working on the technical and tactical aspects of their game.

The main objective of physical preparation is to offer a series of varied exercises designed to help you master the management of your body weight in all planes of movement. This mastery is essential to reduce the risk of injuries that may occur during training or matches. In addition, these exercises aim to significantly improve your cardiovascular capacities by strengthening your heart and lungs, and increasing your overall endurance. Furthermore, they aim to develop your muscular capacities by strengthening both major and minor muscles, which contributes to improving power, flexibility, and stability. Thus, physical preparation, in addition to making you more resistant and performant, allows you to optimize your potential and make the most of your physical abilities.

As important as the training itself, optimal recovery is essential for optimal progress. That is why at Drills, we pay special attention to this crucial phase of training. We understand that the body needs time to repair, rebuild, and strengthen itself after intense training. To achieve this, we use effective recovery techniques that aim not only to restore your energy and repair muscle tissues, but also to prevent future injuries. Therefore, our recovery methods are designed to ensure that you get the most out of each training session while minimizing the risk of injuries. Ultimately, our goal is to help you maintain a high level of performance while ensuring your health and well-being.
